Skrill, Neteller or Payz: how to choose
Start with an account you can access and verify, then compare its funding and cashout options. Opening several wallets does not automatically make payments faster or cheaper.
| Wallet | Useful account features | Decision to make |
|---|---|---|
| Skrill | Funding options appear in Add; bank withdrawal availability appears in Withdraw. | Can you both fund the wallet and cash out through the methods available to your account? |
| Neteller | Money out lists your available withdrawal routes; Neteller lists bank transfer among its options. | Does your account offer the route you want after a casino payout? |
| Payz | Fees and limits are organised by account level; the service supports multiple currencies. | What does your account level allow, and will your payment require a currency conversion? |
For current wallet instructions, use Skrill support, Neteller’s withdrawal guidance or Payz fees and limits. These explain the wallet service; Spin2U’s cashier determines its own payment requirements.
Choose around the account you will actually use
Already have a verified wallet?
Compare its funding and cashout charges first. Keeping an existing account can avoid another setup process, but check that its available payment options fit the transaction you want to make.
Starting with money in your bank?
Compare the cost of funding a wallet against a direct bank-based payment. Look at the route back to your bank as well as the initial deposit.
Using a different currency?
Review the conversion quote before authorising. An account that supports multiple currencies does not automatically make every conversion free or eliminate a second conversion at cashout.
There is no single cheapest wallet for every account. Compare the final amounts shown for the same transaction and cashout route, rather than ranking services by one advertised fee.
Check verification before you need a withdrawal
- Account ownership: use your own wallet and check that the personal details on your casino and wallet accounts are consistent.
- Outstanding requests: check both accounts for identity or address-verification requests; completing one service’s checks does not complete the other’s.
- Account limits: check whether the amount you want to send or receive is within your current limits.
- Secure documents: provide requested documents through the service’s official verification flow. Never share your password or one-time login codes with support.
This is a preparation checklist, not a claim that every account needs the same documents. Follow the specific request shown by the service.
Making an e-wallet deposit
Select the wallet in the cashier
Check the deposit amount, currency and any displayed charge. Choose whether to use an offer before proceeding; accepting a wallet does not mean every promotion accepts that payment method.
Review the wallet authorisation
Follow the cashier’s payment flow, check the recipient and amount, and authorise through the wallet. Use your own account and keep login codes private.
Keep the confirmation
Save the transaction reference, return to the casino and check the balance. A debit in your wallet and a credit in the casino are two separate statuses.
If the wallet option is absent from your account, ask support about availability. Do not substitute an unrelated person-to-person transfer.
Casino withdrawal and wallet cashout are different steps
Before depositing, establish whether you can withdraw to the same wallet, the minimum payout and whether verification is outstanding. Spin2U’s exact wallet payout times are not confirmed here. Ask whether its estimate includes approval or only the transfer after approval.
A wallet’s bank-transfer estimate starts at a different stage from the casino’s payout estimate. If you want money back in your bank, consider both stages and both sets of fees. Compare PayID banking if you prefer to examine a bank-based option.
Compare the complete cost, not just the deposit fee
- Funding: check what it costs to add money to the wallet.
- Currency conversion: compare the wallet currency with the casino transaction currency.
- Casino payment: review any charge shown at confirmation.
- Cashout: check fees and minimums for moving money out of the wallet.
A simple comparison
If a hypothetical AU$100 payment has a AU$2 charge at one stage and AU$3 at another, the combined charges are AU$5. A “free deposit” at the casino would not erase the other costs. These amounts illustrate the calculation; they are not Skrill, Neteller, Payz or Spin2U fees.
Wallet limits and cashier limits are separate. Account verification may also affect which options you see. Never infer a withdrawal cap from a deposit limit.
Check bonus conditions separately
Confirm payment-method eligibility, wagering, maximum bets and cashout restrictions before opting in. See the Spin2U bonus guide. A larger balance after a bonus is not the same as an unrestricted withdrawable balance.
E-wallet or PayID: compare the payment journey
| Question | E-wallet | PayID |
|---|---|---|
| Where do you start? | A separate wallet account and its available balance or funding method. | Your participating bank’s payment service. |
| What costs matter? | Funding, conversion, casino payment and any later wallet cashout. | Any bank or cashier charge shown for the payment. |
| How does money return? | If supported for your payout, it reaches the wallet; moving it to your bank is another step. | Confirm the casino’s available bank payout route; accepting PayID deposits does not establish the withdrawal method. |
| Does it bypass account checks? | No. | No. |

Where to go when a payment stalls
Wallet payment declined
Check the error message, available balance, account limits and verification status. Contact the wallet if it blocks authorisation; do not repeatedly submit the same payment.
Wallet debited, casino balance unchanged
Send the transaction reference, amount, currency and time to casino support. Ask whether it received the payment and matched it to your account.
Casino payout pending
Ask casino support what is awaiting approval. If it says the payment was sent, request the transfer reference before asking the wallet to trace it.
Wallet-to-bank transfer delayed
Use the wallet’s transaction status and support channel. The casino cannot usually trace a separate cashout you initiated inside the wallet.
E-wallet casino FAQs
Which e-wallets does Spin2U support?
Spin2U supports Skrill, Neteller and Payz. Use the cashier to check the options and transaction limits for your account.
Are Skrill and Neteller the same wallet?
No. Treat them as separate services with their own accounts, balances and available options. Do not assume a casino payment to one wallet will arrive in the other.
How long does a Skrill casino withdrawal take?
Separate the casino’s approval time from its transfer to Skrill, then allow for any further wallet cashout. There is no confirmed Spin2U Skrill deadline in this guide; request the estimate for the payout route shown in your account.
Can I transfer Neteller money to my bank?
Neteller lists bank transfer among its withdrawal options, but availability depends on your account. Check Money out for the methods, limits and fees available to you.
Does using an e-wallet make a casino withdrawal instant?
No. A fast wallet transfer does not bypass casino approval, identity checks or offer conditions. Confirm when the quoted processing time begins.
Can I claim a bonus with an e-wallet deposit?
That depends on the specific offer. Check whether Skrill, Neteller or Payz qualifies before opting in, along with any minimum deposit and game restrictions.
