Spin2U PayID deposits and withdrawals
What to expect
PayID moves money from your bank account to Spin2U and back again in minutes. Deposits start at AU$10 and show up in your balance instantly. Withdrawals start at AU$30 and reach your bank within 5 minutes, which Spin2U guarantees. Spin2U adds no fee to either. There is no maximum deposit.
| Deposit | Withdrawal | |
|---|---|---|
| Smallest amount | AU$10 | AU$30 |
| Speed | Instant | Within 5 minutes |
| Spin2U fee | No fee | No fee |
| You start it from | Your banking app | The Spin2U withdrawal page |
| Your own PayID needed | No | Yes |
Before you start: a five-minute setup
Two things save time later.
1. Confirm your banking app can pay a PayID
Open a new payment in your app and look for a PayID option next to BSB and account number. If you can't find one, check with your bank; the menus vary.
2. Register a PayID of your own
This is only for withdrawals, but it is easier to do before you need it. In most banking apps the steps look like this:
- find PayID in the app's settings or profile area;
- choose your mobile number or email address as the identifier;
- pick the account the money should land in;
- enter the confirmation code the bank sends you.
A mobile number or email can only be a PayID at one bank at a time. If yours is already linked somewhere else, your banking app will tell you and explain how to move it.
Making a PayID deposit at Spin2U
- Log in and head to the deposit page. Select PayID. If you can't see it, ask live chat rather than sending money using details from an old deposit.
- Type an amount of AU$10 or more; on your first deposit, AU$30 or more qualifies for the 40% welcome match.
- Spin2U shows the PayID for this payment and any reference to include. Copy them exactly.
- In your banking app, start a payment to a PayID and paste the identifier. Your bank displays the registered name; it should match what Spin2U shows. If it doesn't, cancel.
- Add the amount and reference, confirm, and save the receipt. Your Spin2U balance updates straight away.
Tip: treat each deposit as new. A PayID saved as a payee from an earlier payment may not be the one shown today, so always copy the current details from the deposit page.
An AU$15 example
You enter 15 on the deposit page and send AU$15 from your banking app with the reference shown. The name check matches, you confirm, and AU$15 appears in your Spin2U balance. Your bank receipt shows the same AU$15; nothing is taken off along the way. Choosing a game for a small deposit like that is covered under PayID pokies.
Why the reference matters
The reference ties a bank transfer to your Spin2U account. Leave it out, or type it differently, and the money can take longer to match to you. That is a common reason a completed transfer does not appear in a balance straight away.
Cashing out with PayID at Spin2U
Withdrawals travel to the PayID registered with your own bank, so set one up in your banking app first if you haven't already. You don't need it to deposit, only to get paid.
- Make sure your balance is at least AU$30.
- Open the withdrawal page and select PayID.
- Enter the amount and your PayID, then double-check the PayID: it decides which account receives the money.
- Confirm. The full amount lands in your bank within 5 minutes, with no Spin2U fee taken off.
An AU$60 example
Your balance is AU$60. You request AU$60 by PayID to the mobile number registered with your bank. Within 5 minutes your banking app shows AU$60 received from Spin2U. Had your balance been AU$28, you would need to wait until it reached AU$30 before withdrawing, by any method.

Doing it on a phone
A Spin2U PayID deposit on a phone means jumping between the Spin2U site and your banking app. The fewer jumps, the fewer mistakes:
- Leave the deposit page open on Spin2U with the details showing.
- Copy the PayID, switch to your bank and paste it. Wait for the name to appear.
- Switch back, copy the reference, switch again and paste it with the amount.
- After you confirm, go back to Spin2U and refresh rather than tapping deposit again.
If your phone logs you out of Spin2U while you are in your banking app, log back in and check your balance before doing anything else. The payment you sent is not lost.
If you change banks
Spin2U pays whichever account your PayID points to at the moment of the withdrawal. Move your mobile number to a new bank and the next payout follows it there. Close the old account without moving the PayID and it may stop receiving money altogether.
After any change, check in your banking app that your PayID is active and linked to the right account before you request a payout. Moving a PayID is handled by your bank, so check with your bank if it shows as locked or pending.
The clock on a Spin2U PayID round trip
| Step | Typical time | Sign it worked |
|---|---|---|
| Copy details and pay from your banking app | About a minute | Your bank shows the payment as complete |
| Deposit credited at Spin2U | Instant | Your Spin2U balance shows the amount |
| Withdrawal request submitted | Under a minute | You have confirmed it on the withdrawal page |
| Withdrawal arrives | Within 5 minutes | Your banking app shows money received |
When a step takes longer than this, the "Something gone wrong?" section below shows where to look first.
How PayID ranks against Spin2U's other methods
| Method | Payout speed | Deposit speed | Fees | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PayID | Within 5 minutes | Instant | No fee | Winnings straight to your bank |
| Skrill | Within 5 minutes | Instant | No fee | Keeping play money in a wallet |
| Neteller | Within 5 minutes | Instant | No fee | Keeping play money in a wallet |
| Payz | Within 5 minutes | Instant | No fee | Keeping play money in a wallet |
| Bitcoin | Deposit only | 10–30 min | Network fee | Players who already hold Bitcoin |
| Visa/Mastercard | Deposit only | Instant | No fee | Depositing with a card you already use |
| eZeeWallet | Deposit only | Instant | No fee | Funding from an eZeeWallet balance |
| Apple Pay | Deposit only | Instant | No fee | Quick deposits on iPhone |
| Google Pay | Deposit only | Instant | No fee | Quick deposits on Android |
Two practical points follow from the table. First, PayID and the three wallets are level on speed; the difference is where the money ends up. Second, if you fund your account with a deposit-only method, plan to withdraw by PayID or a wallet. That includes Bitcoin and Visa/Mastercard, which fund your account but cannot receive a payout.

Mixing methods at Spin2U
Your Spin2U balance is one pot, whichever method filled it. That gives you some useful combinations:
- Apple Pay or Google Pay in, PayID out. Tap to deposit on your phone, then cash out to your bank within 5 minutes.
- Card in, PayID out. Visa/Mastercard funds the balance instantly; PayID handles the payout.
- PayID in, wallet out. Deposit from your bank, then withdraw to Skrill, Neteller or Payz if you would rather hold winnings in a wallet for a while.
- Bitcoin in, PayID out. Allow 10–30 minutes for the deposit and the network fee, then withdraw by PayID like anyone else.
Whichever combination you use, the AU$30 minimum applies to the withdrawal, and Spin2U adds no fee to it.
PayID's strengths and weak spots
Strengths
- One method covers both directions, so there is nothing extra to set up for payouts beyond your PayID.
- The name lookup protects you from paying the wrong account.
- Payouts go to your bank, not a wallet you then have to empty.
- Spin2U adds no fee on the way in or out.
Weak spots
- Every Spin2U payment appears on your bank statement.
- Your bank's security checks can occasionally pause a transfer, and only your bank can release it.
- If your PayID is moved to another bank or locked, payouts cannot reach it until it is active again.
Something gone wrong?
First rule: don't send a second payment while the first is unaccounted for. Then find your situation below.
The deposit is still pending in your banking app
The payment hasn't left your bank yet. Look for a security prompt or a request to confirm the transfer, and ask your bank if you can't see why it is held.
Your bank says it's done, but your Spin2U balance hasn't changed
Check the PayID, amount and reference on your receipt against the deposit page, then message Spin2U live chat with your receipt details.
The name your bank showed didn't match
Good: you stopped before paying. Cancel the transfer and ask live chat for the current deposit details.
A withdrawal hasn't reached your bank after 5 minutes
Check the PayID you entered on the withdrawal page and look at your banking app, then contact live chat.
You typed the wrong PayID on a withdrawal
Contact live chat straight away with the amount, time and the PayID you entered, so the team can look into where it was sent.
Spin2U live chat is open 24/7. Give the team four things: the payment method, the amount, the date and time, and the transaction reference. Never share your banking password or login codes with anyone.
Why live chat asks for four details
Each detail narrows the search. The payment method tells the team which payment system to check. The amount and the date and time cut the list down to a few transfers. The transaction reference from your bank pins down the exact one. With all four in your first message, the team has what it needs to check whether the money has arrived.
Staying safe with PayID
- Pay only the PayID shown on the deposit page inside your Spin2U account, never one sent to you in a message.
- Treat the name lookup as a hard stop: no match, no payment.
- Spin2U takes no fee on payouts, so a request to pay before a withdrawal can be released is a scam.
- Keep your bank receipts until each payment shows where it should.
