Read the maximum shown in the current cashier and confirm whether it applies per payment, day or week. An unspecified maximum does not mean unlimited deposits.

Three different limits can affect one deposit

For example, a planned AU$100 PayID payment may fit the method’s displayed range but still fail if your bank allows only AU$80 more in transfers that day. Confirm the reason instead of repeatedly submitting the same payment. A limit is a ceiling, not an amount you need to deposit.

What to check before confirming

  1. Choose the method and read its current minimum, maximum and limit period in the cashier.
  2. Check your available balance and any remaining sending allowance in your bank or wallet.
  3. Review the total charge, including any outside fee. For Bitcoin, check the amount the recipient will receive after any deduction.
  4. Copy the payment details from the current cashier instruction and keep the receipt.

If a deposit is refused or missing

First check whether your bank or wallet shows a payment as pending, completed or failed. A refused request and a completed transfer that has not reached your casino balance are different problems. If money has already left, keep its reference and ask Spin2U to trace it before sending again. For a bank-imposed restriction, contact the bank; do not assume another payment method will resolve it.

Read the PayID deposit guide, check Bitcoin payment steps or compare withdrawal times.

How PayID limits work

Australian Payments Plus explains that financial institutions may apply their own daily limits to bank payments, including payments to a PayID. It does not set Spin2U’s cashier limits.

Common questions

Is the AU$5,000 PayID maximum a daily allowance?

The available payment terms do not specify its period. Check whether it applies to a payment or a time period in the cashier before sending.

Does Bitcoin have no maximum deposit?

A Bitcoin maximum is not supplied here. Check the current cashier amount; do not treat an unspecified maximum as unlimited.

Can my bank reject an amount below the casino maximum?

Yes. Bank sending limits, available funds and payment restrictions are separate from the cashier’s accepted range. Check the bank’s reason before retrying.
